Returns and Refunds

At RIO Athleisure, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we happily accept returns and exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit and style.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Store Credit or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be issued store credit or an exchange for a different size or item of equal value.

• Final Sale Items: All sale items, undergarments, and worn merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email our team at rioathleisure@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. Ship Your Item: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Processing: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing. We’ll notify you via email once your store credit or exchange has been issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at rioathleisure@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
